Staging That Helps Buyers Feel at Home
Through professional, intentional design, we highlight your home’s best features and create an inviting atmosphere that photographs beautifully, captures buyers’ attention, and helps them imagine their future in the space.

Why Home Staging Matters
For many buyers, the first showing happens online. Thoughtful staging helps a property photograph beautifully, stand out from competing listings, and create an emotional connection before buyers ever walk through the door. Every Garnet Pines stage is tailored to the home itself. Lauren considers its architecture, layout, location, and likely buyer to create spaces that feel cohesive, welcoming, and memorable.

Vacant Home Staging
Empty rooms can feel cold and make it difficult for buyers to understand scale or imagine how a space could function. We bring in thoughtfully selected furnishings, artwork, textiles, and decor to transform an empty property into a warm, inviting home that tells a story.
- May include:
- Furniture and decor selection
- Delivery and installation
- Complete room styling
- Artwork and finishing details
- Inventory removal after the home goes pending

Occupied Home Staging
We work with the furniture and belongings already in the home, refining the layout and adding carefully chosen accents where needed. The result highlights the property’s best features while helping it feel polished, spacious, and ready for buyers.
- May include:
- Room-by-room recommendations
- Furniture editing and rearrangement
- Styling with existing belongings
- Curated decor and textile additions
- Final preparation before photography
